Owe over $27,000.00 for us supplying them with general labor for a jobsite

Our staffing company supplied HFS, a subcontractor to Faulkner USA, with temporary employees to work on a Hyatt Hotel downtown in San Antonio, Texas. The jobsite was shut down and HFS left town. We were unable to locate them at any addresses given on their contract. We had their credit card information and ran $4,000.00 worth of invoices and were told after two months that it had been reported as a fraudulent transaction.

We have mailed invoices to Michael Gunaca's home only to have them returned that no one lived there by that name. No one answers the phones. We put a call into Faulkner USA corporate office and they stated they had never heard of the company but they were listed as a reference on the credit application. Emails are not returned nor are cell phone numbers answered.

After doing some research, we found that he had been sued many times by several different companies and people. We also found out that he had served two years in state jail for check by theft and theft.

Found a number for his warehouse manager that signed the contract, Sonny M. Gibson but of course, no one answers that number either.
