Customer service people are very rude Spent weeks with no internet and no refund

Comcast never fails to amaze me. A little less than a month ago I spent about a week with only getting internet service for a few hours a day at like 2 in the morning. I call them so they can bring someone over to my house.

Miraculously as soon as the guy arrives, my internet works perfect and he can't find anything wrong with it. How convenient for them. Now, about a week ago I call back because my internet wasn't working again. They tell me that the problem is that there's an outage in my area, and for me to wait, that they would write that down on a note or something, and for me to call again some other time so they could apply the credit to my account and I wouldn't pay for those days. I called today to let them know and they tell me that there's no proof besides the time that I called the technician, for them to give me credit. I tell them what the other representative told me and they tell me the same thing. I then told them I wanted to cancel my account and they just transferred me to get it canceled, without even trying. That isn't the only problem I've had with them. The other day I made a payment with their automated system and after I make the payment, the operator tells me that the payment of $120 couldn't be processed and it connected me with a representative. He tells me that the system is down and for me to make the payment with him. I did so, and guess what. They charged me $120 twice. I called right after and told them to refund me one of those payments.

It's been over a week and I call every day and I still haven't received the money back. The thing that bothers me most is how they have no store locator on their website. Comcast is by far the worst service I have received from any company.
