Ever waited for a carpet cleaning company for a two hour window and they never showed up?

I scheduled to have my carpets cleaned two weeks ago! Today I stayed home from work and waited for Able Chem Dry of Manassas Park, Va to show up at my house to clean my carpets. Yes, I was upset that I took off of work and was just sitting around waiting. That was the point where I ended the call.
