Bait and Switch, Deceptive Advertising, Unprofessional Technician, Dirty Equipmetn, Poor Quality of Work

This is the most unprofessional bait and switch company I have ever done business with. I absolutely do not recommend anyone do business with them. I needed my one year old carpet cleaned in my townhouse as I was moving out. I called and scheduled the Three room Special for $20.95 plus $2/ step times 15 steps, and there was nothing special about it. When the guy arrived he showed up in a beat up, unmarked Ford Ranger. Right away I knew that this was going to be a bad experience. He came in and tried unsuccessfully to upsell me on additional services. He also was trying to get me to buy one of those coupon books that cost $20 that had absolutely nothing to do with carpet cleaning.

Then he brings in this Steam Cleaning Machine that is nothing more than one of the Rug Doctor Machines that you can go rent from a grocery store for $20 and do yourself. So he starts cleaning the carpet and this machine is making my house stink of animal urine!!! I cant believe that he is there to clean my carpet and he is making a huge mess! So he finishes in about 15 minutes and I look at the carpet and it is basically just wet. When I ran my hand over the carpet, there was dirt on my hand!

I was outraged so I called and spoke with the General Manager, but after getting no where with him I asked him So basically I am not going to get anywhere with you? To which he replied no.

The bottom line is that if you go with the cheapest guy in town, expect to get what you pay for. The house I am moving into had its carpets cleaned by All Pro Chem-Dry in Jacksonville, and I recommend them 110%. They are the exact opposite of what I got from National Carpet Care. They should change their name to National Carpet Don't care about anything but stealing your money!!!
