Ripoff rebate scam con artists scammed false promises

Ordered installation from Prime in March and wss told we would receive a rebate of $140.00.
Rebate was approved 4/23/02 but we have never received a rebate.
We have called customer service and spoke to numerous agents and supervisor—each promises to hand carry the request to accounting—but no check is ever mailed.
