Rip Off using reference to e bay. Claims free CD and charges your account $49.95 to your account

I answered an advertisement on EBay for a free CD from Sellers Lounge. They claimed my responsibility was only $3.97 for S/H. I entered my account number, big mistake, a few days later I had a charge of $49.95 on my account. Sellers Lounge does not answer phone, has no "contact us" on their web site and has never sent the CD. What a rip off. I don't know where else to go.
