J.D. Marvel ripoff Cashed Check sent no merchandise they have winter calalogue, will anyone get product?

On October 9, we sent a$21.80 check to Mervel for bedroom slippers. On October 23 they cashed the check. As of today, December 4, we have not received the merchandise, but they have mailed us a Winter catalogue.
