James Fagan of J Fagan Const.inc. Did a horrible job on a retaining wall installation, sod and sodding installation and sloping my yard for drainage. He says the job is done but I still have puddles, potholes and high spots in my yard. Sod was laid over uneven soil and the wall he installed is "wavy" where it is supposed to be either gently curved or straight. I would have liked either of those but not wavy. He assures me that he did the job I paid for. I thought the soil would be smoothed out before the sod was laid. Watch out for the little details.
