Ripoff business

This company within one month upped my minimum payment due from $15.00 to $60.00. I have not charged anything on it for almost two years. Not only that but I was late a payment and was charged $35.00. I was also threatened right away with a negative credit report. When I tried to call I could not get ahold of a person to discuss these matters. Their "24 Hour Customer Service Website" does not work.

I am only faced with sending a letter to the Credit Card Center in Norcross, Georgia which I am learning from this website does not answer their mail. Well good for them. I don't know if this will be of any help to me or anyone else but felt I should do my duty and write what I do know. I would happy to talk to the media. I hope they do a story on this subject as I know from this website I am not the only one out here with complaint about this company.
