I wanted to see about sealing my record (I made a mistake when I was 19 and am now 34) so I searched the internet and found out about EAS... They "guarenteed" to seal my record in 12 weeks. Well it has been almost ten months and nothing has been sealed! I have made dozens of call with my concerns and questions.

I am always told that they are still working on it, that the office was moved, the holidays delayed things, they can't locate my records or they just don't call back. I paid 400.00 in hopes that I could get a better job without my past haunting me.

Oh, and here's the big kicker... After I paid my two installment payments of $200.00 each then they told me Arizona only sets aside the guilty verdict and does "NOT" seal records.

I was led to believe that my record would be sealed for noone to ever see again... So basically anyone can still see the charge but with the guilty verdict set aside... That is nothing close to being sealed!

But they have not even done this for me as of ten months later. I had to borrow this money from someone in the hopes that it would better the life of me and my children. What a waste of hope and money!
