EAS Technoligies, Clearmyrecord.com, Removeit.org This company is ripping you off

If you have used or are thinking about using clearmyrecord.com to help expunge your criminal record, don't. I work currently for this company and have recently learned all the services that are promised are not provided, not to mention some are out and out lies.

First off in most states you can only get an expungement if your charges where dismissed or you were found not guilty. This can easily be done yourself by going to your local clerk's office and asking for the paperwork, you don't need us to do it for you.

Secondly the people who are doing all this work for you are not attorney's and do not represent you, some of them are nothing more than kids who have limited work experience or are fresh out of college, trying to get your criminal record cleared.

Third and most importantly, the great RSVP software mentioned on the website that will clear your criminal record from 300 databases DOES NOT EXIST, this is a complete fraud, some poor people enroll for no other reason than to have a previously expunged record cleared from the databases and nothing is done their "file" just sits and collects dust.

While yes I work their, I just recently learned about some of the things that happen here and am ashamed to work for a company like this. I have no fear of losing my job, but I do have to work so I will do my job until I find another one but I want everyone to know about this so you won't use our service.
