The owner, Ray, will not accept any responsibility for his mistake; He is very hostile and should not be in business. I took a table cloth in for dry cleaning; it had some food stain on it. I had dry cleaned the same table cloth at least 7 other times at another dry cleaners; All the stains would come out; Ray not only did not get any of the stains out but he did not offer an apology or an explanation or as a good gesture a free trail to get the stain out.instead he wanted to slip the table cloth in between the other cloths without a tag or a warning so I would take it. I simply questioned his methods and he blew up; He literally threw all my dry cleaning on the floor, took my check, and used racist and rude comments towards me. I felt threatened and left. I would avoid these cleaners by all means.
