RIP-OFF unauthorized charges, and Service rep THREATENED TO KILL ME

While i checked my bank statement today and noticed 2 charges from 24 protection plus. So i called and got a customer service rep who kept asking me for credit card numbers, telephone numbers etc... After she kept making jokes about having my information i told her the company she worked for was a fraud and she should quit, then i hung up. About 10 minutes later the customer service rep CALLS ME from her CELL PHONE and threatens my life, and my familys life saying i was a "white b*h" and she knows where i live and can drive to Oklahoma no problem. Beware of this company of thugs... Who knows if i will get a refund.
