ANOTHER VICTOM of this home warranty scam company National home protection

I got scamed by these low class dirt balls. They did the same thing when my AC went out. Never returned calls
Gave me false phone numbers and fax numbers
hung up on me, hung up on contractor
kept losing info. I sent them Mait records with serial numbers (still not good enough)

Sean (a customer service guy) is an idiot KID

So on and so on all of them are liars and they will rip you off Does anyone live near the building so they can make a visit (-:
