Ripoff Customer NON Service that doesn't give a damn

I was a long time customer of comcast cable, i had never given them any problems until now. Some one was stealing my cable, some one placed a phone order for a 50.00 pay per view the only conformation comcast got for this order was my last name, mind you my last name is in very big letters on my front door any one could have gotten it.

I have never ordered a phone pay per view in the whole 2 an a half years i've been with them the most expensive order i made was for 4.99. When i first found out about the charge they said they would take it off and credit my account needless to say 2 months later it was'nt removed

So after about 15 phone calls and their refusal to credit my account like they said they would, i told them i would'nt stand for it and closed my account i also asked why they did'nt record the phoned in order?

Why my account # wasnt give and why they did'nt ask for more conformation? This could have been avoided had they done their jobs properly now they say if i don't pay they will report it and it will reflect on my credit history
i am pissed!!!

I will not pay for something that i did not order! Please if any one can help me let me know and if this helps you -great! I dont want to see any more good customers get ripped off!
