They told me my account was paid in full and took a payment out anyway unauthorized by me using my debit card

I called to pay on my account on June 30th and was told that my account was paid in full last month. When I checked my bank account I found they took a payment out on a closed account. I called them and they said that they took it out that morning before my call and said my husband authorized it. They did not have my debet card on file and so there was no way they could of taken a payment without talking to me first. They owe me a payment and if I don't get it I will take them to court. They are theives and need to be reported to the better busines bureau. I have had problems with them taking my payment and applying it to someones elses account and then calling me and yelling that I didn't pay on my account. I will tell everyone not to do business with them...
