I paid off my balance in full and my payment is pending, not allowing available credit

My minimum payment of $25 was due 2/15, I paid off my balance in full. I tried paying online using my bank debit, it only allowed electronic check. I paid by electronic check the only option I was given. I made payment on 2/1 and my payment was received by orchard bank on 2/2. The payment was debited from my checking account immediately, my money was deducted from my checking account and the orchard bank card was paid in full, on time and before due date and more than minimum requirement.

Today is February 9 my payment is still in a pending status on orchard bank. I'm out $296.00 I paid to orchard and I only have $4 available. I have called their customer service and the only answer I get is, it was a large payment by check and there s a ten day hold to assure available funds. Really? I have proof it's cleared and they seem to not care. If I were not in need of this $300, I would close this account immediately.
