Collector told me to "be a man" and yelled at my ten-year-old

After filing numerous reports with the Better Business Bureau, I continue to receive harassing phone calls from Drive. A lady by the name of Courtney yelled at my ten-year-old daughter and called her a liar after she stated we were asleep. Courtney at Drive Financial then left a message stating that I needed to be a man about the situation and step up and be a man. This is not acceptable at any other financial institution, for anyone to call you and indicate that you are not a man. I have filed my third BBB report on them. And of course they claim to be top notch with the BBB.
