We Clean America
Exceptionally Poor Quality Work

I gave We Clean America two opportunities to properly clean my house. The first team did not understand English although English was requested; stayed about 1.5 instead of 2.0 hours; only washed two windows; left footprints and a ring in the tub; and did not clean the stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen floor, or cabinets. The counters were partially cleaned. No furniture was moved, as advertised, and objects were not removed from tabletops. They used something oily on the wood furniture that attracted dust and smeared, and they did not dust anything over head height.

The second crew came about two weeks later in response to my complaint, and was gratis. One person did a good job on the master bathroom and bedroom. The other did not do the stove, refrigerator, kitchen floor, or cabinets. Again, the windows weren't cleaned.

Management did try to make amends, but I canceled lunch with a friend to wait for the inspector from We Clean America and he never showed and never called. He'd quit. I did receive an apology from one of the company's principals who sent the second team wth one good maid and a bad companion. I called today and apparently the good maid has left after about four weeks with the company.

I would suggest using another company.
