Bad service

I bough a chainsaw on march 28 and the fuel pump got broke so i took it back to store on April 22. They did not want to replace it even that it was not 30 days so they have told me that the repair would take no more than 2 weeks and they will call me. Is been almost a month since then and i went to the store and they say that my chainsaw still in the shop so they give me the shop's telephone's number and i call to the shop and they haven't done anything to the chainsaw that the technician is not in the shop till next may 22. This repair is just so simple that it will take 5 minutes to do it and the part cost only about 4.00 dollars but my mistake was to think that the warranty on Conn's was a good warranty
