Joanna Dixon from CCCCHIHUAHUAS, promises to hold a dog/dogs for you as long as you need to once you send a non refundable deposit. After sending a deposit and few payments later, you explain to her that your life circumstances have changed and that she can keep the deposit but to refund your money. She claims there are boarding costs for the puppies and extra vaccine costs. All these hidden fees that were never mentioned in the puppy agreement. She even claims that the non-refundable deposit was actually for a higher amount. This woman is also very paranoid that people will call her a puppy mill, she can not take the puppies to the local vet because she has been banned from there. She breeds her dogs too often and even let a dog go into to labor for days and let the puppies die in Feb. She will harass her customers constantly by phone calls and emails, as well as demand a payment right away even after you make arraigments for a set payment plan. She claims she has to pay her bills.

Her Chihuahuas are sold as pure breed, but if you go into her website some of the dogs look like terrier mixes of some sort. I bought a dog from her a while back and it was sold as a true chihuahua. It turned out to be around 18 lbs (not an over weight dog), feisty, and was actually a rat terrier mix. Business with this woman lately has been a nightmare. Due to being money hungry.
