Jack Roon's Chihuahua's
Abused and Neglected Chihuahuas. PUPPY MILL! Horrible living conditions!

I visited the home of Jack Roon back in January. His website seemed somewhat professional so I decided to call him and come see his Chihuahua puppies. Nothing would have ever prepared me for what I was about to see that day. Tons and tons of Chihuahuas running throughout his run down house. These dogs were living in their own feces, urine, and vomit. His puppies were kept in chicken wire cages and given almost no socialization. There were several Chihuahuas that needed Veterinary care; one was bleeding from the mouth and one had a very old eye injury. There was a mixed breed long haired dog living there that was matted from head to toe. The puppy I was interesed in was very sickly looking and Jack was asking WAY too much money for him. This man needs to be shut down, he is running a puppy mill whether he will admit to it or not. The conition of the house was horrendous and so was the condition of the dogs. I did call and place a complaint on him, however, he lives in Paw, Paw and apparently they are more worried about their meth problems then animal abuse.
