Replacement parts!

I bought a 10x15 Protection Logic Reasoning pop up cover to utilize for membership activities. Following a cross-wind triggered a knee to interrupt, I Pound Reasoning to determine easily could easily get replacement pieces. After requesting me for design range and components figures, they mentioned THEY DON'T help the pop ups they market. If this have been mentioned everywhere on the website, I'd not need invested $200 for what's currently resting in a carrier, totally useless. Consumer beware!
