Porcher Plumbing
Discontinued replacement parts

Real Estate

I own a Porcher L'Espression one piece toilet that is about three years old. The flush valve wore out so I tried to order a replacement part. I was told that the company changed the design and no longer makes replacement parts for this toilet. This is a VERY EXPENSIVE toilet, about $800.00 US! The Porcher representative basically told me that there is nothing that they can do to help. After talking with my plumbing contractor, he said that Porcher has a reputation for changing designs and not making replacement parts for the old models (if you can call 3 years old). This would be like if you bought a new car and when the brakes needed replacement, the manufacturer said, sorry, you can't buy the parts so your car is now worthless. Nice company policy huh?
