They jacked up my mothers day gift and blatantly lied on their website about the package being delivered and signed for. Then when you call customer service you have to go through several more lies before you find out that the drivers for this place are sorting their own packages for delivery and they screwed it up. When you ask for a refund on the overnight fee, they get rude and act like it's your fault. So my solution was to go to the BBB and complain, which I did. I also found the number to the President's office and decided to call that. The number is (480) 636-2264. They sounded quite shocked that I found their number and I let "Mark" know that I found it on the BBB's website while I was filing my complaint. Please feel free to bombard them with all of your complaints, enough calls should fix their customer service issues.
