It's Just Lunch
I wouldn't waste your money!

I have been a client of It's Just lunch for over a year now (I went on hold a few times). At first I thought it was strange that I was being setup on dates that did not match my criteria. I tried to give good feedback. I actually had a great relationship with the gal that was working the phones at the time.

At one point she shared with me that her boss wanted to put me on a date with someone that did not meet my criteria and she protested. This really made me feel like they were putting warm bodies together just to say they put you on a date. When I spoke with the person in charge she made it clear that they were there to introduce people and not make matches. I can go anywhere and introduce myself. I was looking for someone to help find someone single that had the same interests as I. Not just a single person.

It was actually a joke on many dates that both parties felt they didn't pay attention to what we said. If I have children and share that I don't want to date someone that doesn't want children then that's a pretty important point!

When I started up again this last time I found out it's being managed out of Florida because of the mismanagement of the Boise office (straight from their mouth). This gal has never met me, doesn't know anything about me and doesn't do a good job of reading past comments before setting me up on another date. If she did then she would know I don't date men younger than me because it's never worked for me.instead she called to setup a date. When I pointed out his age I actually got a guilt trip! To the point that I thought what the heck.By the way this was on a Friday afternoon.

On Monday I called to cancel (date wasn't for another week) because I felt I was pressured. Jessica wasn't too happy and actually sounded annoyed. My last date was March 31. My membership expired on May 6th. Something I didn't find out until I called to find out why I have been contacted about another date. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was transfered to the client care line where I had to leave a message. I'll be shocked to actually get a returned phone call.

I would never recommend anyone to this company. It costs way too much money for what you get, which isn't impressive anyway. I did not have an expectation of meeting my future husband but I did expect to be put on dates where we had things in common.
