Direct TV
Charged Debit Card witout permission. Louisville kentucky

Shops, Products, Services

I recently moved to Charter Cable and had Direct TV service stopped.in the maen time I was looking over my debit account and Direct TV has drafted $75.72 from my account. This was done witout my permission. I have used this card in the past to pay my bill 2-3 times but in no way does this give them the right to use FRAUD to get their money. I never authorized them to use this over phone or in writing.

Futhermore after I called Direst TV they are very rude and stated they can do basically what they done and nothing can be done about it. So i'm looking into taking them to court for FRAUD and pushing it as far as I have to. I am a father of 3 and I work to hard for money and provide for my family for some low down company like this to come along and take from us. I don't give up on things like this. This needs to be looked into by our goverment, because if they can get away with this by ripping off people then why have laws put in place to hold people accountable for FRAUD.

Also I had service with Direct TV for 5 years and after this I will never return, I'll do without TV if I have to use there service. Charter is better and more reliable. Cable stays on during rough weather and you don't have that THING extended off your roof. THANKS for reading my Complaint and hope this will lure you away from Direct TV. Maybe if they lose a couple of 1,000 people it will make them think twice.
