Sam Vanderbrug
Is a horrible attorney

In August I hired Sam Vanderbrug to handle my domestic violence case and I paid him $6,000. Based on the facts of the case I was promised that he would dismiss my case as there was no evidence whatsoever that I abused my wife. I went to court with this HORRIBLE lawyer over 12 times and he was always late. The deal was that he would get the case dismissed however what I ended up getting was 2 misdemeanors with 45 days jail, 20 hours community service, 52 weeks of DV classes, and 3 years probation. Of course as you can tell, this is a horrible deal.

The funny part was that my wife attacked me at my house in December and she injured me, scratched me, kicked me on the back, etc... I called the police and they arrested her. They took photographic and physical evidence. She hired a lawyer and she was able to get the case dismissed although there was evidence of the abuse and harm she caused me. She paid her lawyer ONLY $2,500 and her case was dismissed.

If you read this report, PLEASE, take it as an advise, DO NOT hire Sam Vanderbrug as your lawyer... He is horrible in every way you can imagine.
