Shoddy goods, poor return policy

Someone bought me a travel bag from there, 4 months ago. It has been used about 3 times. Now the bottom zipper is broken and it is unusable. Too bad that when they bought the gift they did not know there is only a 30 day return policy... Hardly adequate for a suitcase.
