TNC Trucking company mistreats their truck drivers to run their company

I started to work for this company the Saturday before thanksgiving. The two owner Dallas, Wallace and five of us new drivers left Raleigh to goo to Minnersota to pick upp trucks for their company. They said that if we did'nt make it back by Thanksgiving day we would be home that week-end. Well we didn't get back either time. I ran not stop like that for about five weeks straight. Coming home only for a few hours. I asked them both and my mom asked that I at lest have two days off to prepare for Christmas. I came home on Wed. Thinking that I would have a short run and be home friday. The dispatchers said that I was the best driver that he had and was trying to work with me. On Thursday Dallas asked me to pick up a load and take it to Pittsburg Pa which I broke my but to get it there. When I got they refused to take it sending to two other places. I then called Dallas and told him I was coming on with the load. When I stopped to get gas he has cancelled the gas card. I used my money to put gas in his truck to bring back to him. When I went to pick up my eight hundred dollar check it was only eighteen and he refused to pay me my gas money back. Ihad did other loads that week he didn't pay me for that. He said he had to get his money back for the load being late. All he would ever tell me or my mother I got a business to run I can't give him time off. Of he had time off on the road. Wallace did say he told the guys they could have twoo week-ends pre-month off. I didn't get abytime off. Dallas kept sdaying I got a businees to run I can't do what you folks wants all the time. And I got my money back that's your lost.
