Roaming charges in US Virgin Islands despite promised coverage

AT&T charged me for roaming charges when in the US Virgin Islands even though they say they cover these islands. This problem has been going on for 2 years when I reported the problem to them. They adjusted bill then blocked my phone from using anything but us towers that's fine. Sometimes I'm on there tower, sometimes not, but it didn't stop incoming calls and they still charged me for these calls at very high rate. When I went there, they assured me that all calls would be covered under my plan. Well, I guess not. Bottom line, they sell coverage they can't provide and make you pay the penalty. Don't deal with this company customer relations very rude.
