IN NORTHBROOK ILLINOIS Failure to Communicate

When looking forward to having a professional (supposedly) clean my home so I enjoy the time to do other things... I expect a good job to be done.
This was not the case with the three women that came in to my home yesterday. When giving the lead girl instructions she kept say yes, o. K, yes. Did she just say that because those are the only words she knows in english???
The watered down garbage that they bring in to use is unacceptable. I personally sprayed my bath tub and toilets with Pin-Sol so that they would have to use my product. The same with Old English for my wood furniture. I have a very small galley kitchen and I only had them do one of the two bathrooms, because the guest bathroom is not used very often.
I told the kitchen girl to remove the few clean dishes from the dishwasher and even signed languaged pointing to the DW and the cabinets where to put them... Once again. She said "o.K." She did neither... She washed the dishes and put them in the rack.
I was in the living room and the woman doing the piano only polished the upper part of the piano, not under the keyboard. Did not do the lower wood on the china cabinet in the dining room and smeared some kind of grease on the glass top of the table!!! Probably using the same cloth used for the furniture polish. Did not wipe down the sick panel doors that I speciacally asked to have done and when the saind they where done... I pointed to the wine glass holder in the entry way the the glass was still dusty!!!
Some of these things I did not see until they left... Even with as much as I did CATCH.
When I called the company... They said "are you sure it was Kulas Maids? We do not show you as being on the schedule today? I said that I made the check out to them, and I told hm I was going to stop it and was told someone would get back to me... No one ever did.
