Yet another report regardint the lovely people at Prime TV
I signed up for there Tv service on June 22 02 with the expectations of recieving a $140 rebate within a 4 week period it is now Nov 16 th without any rebate the prommis is always "the checks in the mail it will take 4 weeks" that was 5 months ago.

If any other people are having this problem the senior claims manager is Jeff Hess and I think the CFO is Louise Brown.

I have not given up this is beyond money tell your friends if enough people call them and send letters something might get done.
