Prime TV/Direct TV offer of free installation with purchase of Direct TV satellite. We paid $140.00, submitted to Prime TV for rebate supposed to receive 6-8 weeks - 10 weeks to date. Have tried to contact them at 1-866-298-5000. Do not return calls. Was given the name of Jeff Hess, "Customer Service (HA!) Manager. Will not return calls. Contacted Direct TV - no help from them. They gave me the Hess' name. They told me there has been other customer complaints.

I Am ready to contact Washington State Attorney General office to file a complaint.
