I paid for services funds cleared no one seems to know where my money went and customer service has no ideal how to handle it

They recived my check and cashed it which cleared my account but never posted it to my account turned service off I called they said they would look into it turn my service back on, said someone would contact me which they did not instead they turned service off again so I called again the same thing happen service on call to me never happen service off again this has been going on four 3wks now. I have been given the run around with no answers or satisfaction.
Where I left it was keep it off and I am not paying any fees, their attitudes are they do not seem to care

I feel they get enjoyment turning service on an off it must give them a feeling of controll
