Mobile Phone Company Needs to be investigated for ignoring legitimate refunds ripoff

I cancelled my service in July and was promised a refund once the phone was received back to Helio. I had to make 4 phone calls to get the shipping label I was told I needed.

Three weeks after my service was turned off, Helio withdrew money from my account for service I no longer had and I have been trying to get my refund back since August.

Since then I've spoken with 4 supposed office supervisors who all agreed they owe me $86.07 and each one promised they would have the money credited back to me within two weeks.

The last date promised came and went last week and surprise!

No refund. I have requested the help from the BBB to investigate Helio and strongly urge every other person who has been ripped of by them to do the same. This extremely bad business practice has got to stop. Shame on Helio.
