I am a customer of tracfone. My cell phone wasn't working properly so i called them and explained the problem. They said i had to get a new phone. So i ordered a phone from them.

Cost of the phone was 65.00. I ordered it. Several days later i went to a dept store. There was the same phone for 30.00. I let them know about it and all i got was a run around. The phone in the store was exactly the same and was a tracfone. Thats a rip off to sell the phone over the internet at more than double the price. It pays to investigate
