In May I received a phone from a company called Future Trust a company that helps consolidate your bills and reduce your interest rate on credit cards I thought it sounded good and it would help me so I told them I would need to discuss it with my husband and would call them the next day The person I was talking with ask for my CC number so she could finish her paperwork and assured me she would not charge my account until I got back with her the next day When I called the next day I didnt get the same person but explained the situation and they said they would refund my account I said you were not suppose to have charged my account yet and he said that they already did but would issue a refund I have called numerous time they would not let me talk to the person in charge Days went by no refund weeks went by no refund then months still no refund I filed a report with the BBB and also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in Florida they have not been able to help I contacted my CC holder and they charged me to file a dispute To this day April 22 I am still getting the same routine when I call to speak with the managers Mr Michael Garofano and John Baker The amount they charged my credit card was $695 plus $62.19 for the dispute complaint and a lot of hell from my husband At this point I am so angry I want any and all compensation that I can get for what they have put me through plus my money back and the extra charges from my dispute Please help me recover what is rightfully mine The Attorney Generals office also told me they had other reports from the same company Thank you
