Ripoff, fraudulent, sucks, dishonest, con artist, free minutes, false promises

On 7-16-02 I purchased a phone plan with Alltel that stated on the contract I had 300 free peak minutes with the plan. Each time I have received a bill, it says 250 minutes free and charges me from. 40 to. 60 for any time over. I have called repeatedly and they say they will straighten it out but they never do. They even told me to deduct an amount on a previous bill and then cut the phone off for not paying the total amount that month. Each month they continue to only give me 250 minutes when I have a signed contract for 300. You do not want to deal with this company, I could tell you more but it would take too much time.
