Ripped off, money taken, bogus emails!

Ordered My Wife and Kids, dvd boxed set in early November its now April and still no delivery. Received emails saying it had been shipped, then sorry got lost, then sorry gone to wrong address, then we will send it through a different mail service (at their expense! Can you believe that). Sent a heap of emails to them lately, but no response. Feel like a fool, but now realise I am not the only one ripped off. Not sure how these so called human beings sleep at night. First time ordering something over the internent and will be the last. Sad for my son as he loves the show and I cannot get it here in Australia. Thanks for nothing DVDPLanet.org you are scum!
