Customers service non-existant, Charged my card and didn't send order Won't answer emails

I ordered from allrxmeds on April 11, on April 12 my card was charged for my order. It said to allow 18 - 24 days for delivery however on May 2 I looked on their site and it said my order had been shipped. This is June 10 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them 3 times and gotten no return emails, I tried calling the number on their site and after being on hold for 90 minutes I hung up. My only hope I guess is to dispute it on my card.
