Misrepresented their services, took my money, treated me poorly

I live in Idaho and needed help with Idaho State Tax Commision as well as the IRS. After I told them where I lived and what I needed help with, Tax Tiger told me "no problem, we can help". AFTER I paid them they told me "we don't work with the state of Idaho". They were rude, misrepresented their services and reamed me out because their phone answering person was aggressive and I reacted to her aggressiveness.

Don't do business with these people! They don't know what they are doing, they misrepresent themselves and then are rude to their clients.
