Idaho Stat Journal Dba Southesat Idaho Home Lyed to about fees for ad inclusion

I was told on 10/3 by Tracy Miller that it would cost $35 to place a full page ad in the November issue of Southeast Idaho Home. I proceeded to forward the graphic for use in my ad with the intent that I would receive a bill. I just received a call from Tray Miller asking if I would like to place an ad in the December issue and I said yes. Then I asked does it still cost 35 to place an ad and Tracy said 35? I said $35 dollars and she said no. I costs $235 to place and ad. I would have never placed an ad for $235. I don't have money to throw out like that. I expect to pay $35 and whatever applicable taxes and that is all because that is what I was told on 10/3. I have all the information from the date on the original telephone conversation which I verified with Tracy, which included the $35 price, the deadline for the November submission, her complete name, and e-mail.
