British Smokers Club
(aka Smokers Club Of Great Britain) made bank transfer for 135 and no goods received

I placed an order for tobacco with the smokers club of great britain/british smokers club in febraury 2008. I made i bank transfer for the amount of 135 to the account given.
Was told to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks and no delivery, i contacted the company and was told there had been problems with some deliveries and send another order out urgently to me but had to wait 2 weeks again.

Again, after 2 weeks and no goods, contacted company again and was given excuses of the person i dealt with at the company had suddenly disappeared and so had money from several orders.
I was told that i would have to wait for new orders to be made with the company, and from each new order 15 would be put aside and when the amounts reached for the "lost"orders a refund or replacement could be given.
Thw orders involved would be dealt with in an "as received" order and therefore could take months for the refund or replacement could be made.

Was told that a replacement order would not be sent out immediately even though the money had been paid for the goods.
