Stealing money from the innocent!

I received a bill today from Correctional Billing Services a division of Evercom and T-NEX telecommunications. My brother spent a few weeks in jail and asked me to set up a pre-paid account with my credit card so he could call his wife. The problem is that there is an extended "allowance" over the pre-paid amount. Who receives the bill for this "allowance"? Who do they say is responsible for this "allowance"? Me. The account is his own but since I gave my credit card info I am now responsible. Pre-paid is pre-paid. Is Visa going to give you $100 on a pre-paid $50 card? So, this company sticks it to the innocent families to pay. Beware! They are scammers!!! Please let me know if you also have been scammed. I would like to create a case against the real criminals.
