KBI - Select Build Fired for no reasoning

I was hired on as a semi-truck driver back in 2005 and attended crane certification to operate company boom truck for the delivering and setup of new home site roof trusses. Although I never missed one day of work or never was late with earned respect from onsite contractors and workers, I found that after getting a new dispatcher I was being written up for unsubstantigated remarks aimed at other minority individuals but when asked by others on job sites no one would or could say anything negative about my performance or the way I treated co-workers.

Suddenly my perfect record was being tarnished by racial hatred as related to me by others that had heard and would swear to the remarks made by the dispatcher against my race which is black but that shouldn't be held against me. Next I was demoded from a qualified crane operator back to a semi-driver and my pay was decrease from $17.00 @ hr to $13.00@ hr. I was continuesly being written up for things that happened over 1 year before and for anything including being of on my log sheet by a supposely 1/10th of an hour. I didn't know that log books were in 1/10th hour increments B.S. After over 30 years with never a write up.

Anyways I was finally terminated for unspecified reasoning back in october but after talking wioth other drivers employed by this company that the reasoning could be discovered by checking out my coloration in a mirror. Oh did I mention that I was the only non-white driver that this company ever had or continues to employe. I have signed partitions by my fellow drivers and dispatchers that worked with me and I will be filing a suit against this company.
