Dirty fish tanks - Complaints

We went to the walmart in summit county arlington street and tallmadgeroad to by ssome fish. The fish tanks were the dirtiest that I have ever seen in a pet dept. There were dead fish in the tanks some had already turned green. The looke like they had never been cleaned. We brought eight home and they were straved to death. They acted like they were never feed. We were at both stores within a week apart and the tanks were worse the second time. Two of our fish have already died and we have"t had them a week. I do think some one should inform them to take better care of their fish.
