I ordered items from the site in November for Christmas. The items did not arrive until after the holidays. The boots looked authentic but I needed a larger size so I sent them back.

After several months of not receiving them I began to call and call and call and email and email and email and no one would return my messages.

The boots were about $200 so I disputed the charge with my credit card and I am still in the process of dealing with that. My credit card company had me change my entire account just incase this was a total scam company, what an ordeal.

It's a shame because I would have ordered many more items from them if they would have been more professional.
