I had an unpleasant 1st experience with Target.com. I ordered 4 items on 11/29/10.2 items were received in a timely manner while the other 2 were not delivered until 12/28/10 or 12/29/10. We luckily found the bag behind a bush in front of the house. To make matters worse, the boots that were ordered came in a box marked size 8.5 while the actual boots were size 7.5. I had ordered size 8.5. This is not acceptable quality control. I then tried to print a receipt to return the boots and discovered that online shows the boots have not even shipped yet. Therefore I cannot return the boots and have to make another trip to the store to return them. I have used other online shopping sites and have never experienced this type of service. I spoke to Christina in your Target.com office and she was very professional, however, I feel this is a problem that needs to be addressed and rectified to avaid it happening again.
