I lost $750. I was very disappointed. It seems like a "bait and switch" sales scam. They advertise a $69 duct heating/AC duct cleaning and then attempt to make you believe if you don't spend another $500 to $1,000 on "special fungicide and anti-bacteria chemicals" your home will be unsafe to habitate. Beware the low key approach that includes taking your furnace cover off and showing you dust that has accumulated. I became intimidated at that point, and agreed to the service. They actually vacuum only the first 3' to 4' of ductwork from each duct vent; the majority of the ductwork doesn't even get cleaned.

It actually made the ducts smell worse because of what the manager called "loose dust" they couldn't get at.

Would a brain surgeon charge $750 for 1 hours worth of chemical spray and vacuuming?
